How did your classes differ from those you have taken at CSULB?
Program Testimonials
The classes were very interactive and experience-based. Not only did we learn material the old-fashioned way by lectures, we also ventured out into the city to apply live examples to the course material. In terms of difficulty, the courses were easier than at CSULB, however, because there are different professors every London Semester, the difficulty solely lies on the professors on that particular semester.

What was your housing like and how much did it cost you per month? How easy was it to arrange?
Program Testimonials
There are two housing options for London Semester, Apartment (flats) or Home-Stay. Having chosen the Apartment option, I was located in South Kensington in a building called Ashburn Gardens (use a search engine for more information). My particular accommodation was less than what I expected, however, it was very situational. Only 5 males chose the Apartment option so they grouped us together making it rather uncomfortable. Despite my situation, the Apartment option is located closer to the main parts of the city and can have its perks. However, those who did the Home-Stay option said that there location was not a deterrent from going to the city and engaging in activities. Both options are based on a set cost that can be found by the cost estimate above or by attending a London Semester workshop at the Study Abroad office on campus. Arranging the housing is a piece of cake!

How much money per week did you spend on food? Transportation? Personal Expenses? Travel?
Program Testimonials
My total cost outside of the set costs for the program were around $5000-$6000. If broken down weekly, it approximates to about $350-$450 per week. This includes food, flights, and other personal expenses.

What were your experiences with the language? Did you feel you had enough language preparation?
Program Testimonials
London is an English speaking country so besides some local slang, there is no language barrier!
