Program Dates:  June 22 - July 21, 2019

Course:  COMM 400/499: Nonverbal Communication/Independent Study

Approximate Travel Cost: $3,180 + airfare (includes housing in shared apartments, three group meals, day-trips to Siena, Pompeii, and Amalfi Coast, walking tour of Florence, museum visits, cell phone, and transportation to and from the airport in Florence)

Tuition:  $945

Insurance:  $85

Course Description:  A primary goal of this course, and specifically in the study abroad context, is to increase your knowledge, awareness, and understanding of the role of nonverbal communication in all aspects of interpersonal relationships based on both your native culture and cross culturally as well. A secondary goal is for you to become more mindful of, and improve upon your own nonverbal communication skills.

This is a CSULB short-term, faculty-led study abroad course.
